Shelby's story…

Shelby was a client that wanted to lose 50 pounds. She was frustrated with the yo-yo diet cycle and turned to hypnosis as a last resort. Shelby had gained most of the weight after her divorce 7 years ago. She hated the way that she looked, and was desperate to change, but every time she started to lose weight, she relapsed and went on a complete binge.

Through the process of hypnosis and life coaching, Shelby learned that deep inside, she was afraid of attracting a new relationship, and being hurt again. By building her self-esteem and confidence, and releasing the old beliefs and patterns, Shelby started to feel better. As she healed, she began to look at food in a new, healthy way. The pounds began to melt away as she became more active in her life.
