A hypnosis session is much like meditation and guided imagery.
Most people get very relaxed and peaceful during the session, however,
it is not a sleep-like state. You are very aware and interactive,
accessing and healing that inner programming that makes you who you are.
You are in complete control throughout the session as you make changes
at a deep level. Your hypnotist guides you through visualizations
and exercises to help you achieve the change that you desire, and
teaches you techniques you can use on your own for self improvement.
Most people come away from the experience refreshed, lighter and
peaceful, and some say that they feel as if they had taken a very
restful nap. Others have pleasant feelings of floating, or
tingling in their fingers or feet. Hypnosis is in no way harmful
or threatening, as you remain aware and in control at all times.
A hypnosis session lasts about an hour, and many issues can be
resolved in just one or two sessions. Price for a session is $100.
