Insomnia and Sleep

Millions of Americans have trouble sleeping, resulting in loss of focus, irritability, anxiety and even sleep deprivation. For many, it's just impossible to turn of that little voice in their head without drugs.

Hypnosis allows you to discover what's keeping you up at night, and to quiet that voice. Practicing self-hypnosis gives you the control to quickly and easily become very relaxed and still, and to quiet your mind allowing yourself to drift off into deep, healthy sleep.

Michelle's Story
Michelle said that she almost never slept. She would lie awake at night for hours and when she finally slept, it was restless, and never a good, deep, healthful sleep. She would fall into bed exhausted, oversleep in the morning, and still be exhausted when she got up. It was affecting her focus, her work, her relationship and her health. When she found out that I could help her, she was willing to do whatever it took to regain control of her life.

Through hypnotic uncovering, we asked the subconscious what the reason was that Michelle was not able to sleep. What we found out amazed Michelle. She thought that she had resolved and put her past behind her. In her adult life, she had overcome feelings of resentment and anger at her mother, who was an alcoholic at the time. She never imagined that her childhood experiences could be affecting her sleep.

As a child, Michelle had to play the parent most of the time. Her mother would get drunk and get into trouble. Even though she was very young, Michelle had to take care of her mother. She missed out on her childhood, and was embarrassed and resentful. Now, to talk to Michelle, you would never know that she had a background like this. She was positive, assertive and happy. But locked away in her subconscious mind was the hurt, anger and fear that the happiness and joy she was feeling at the moment could be taken away at any time from a phone call about her mother.

After resolving the issue in the subconscious mind, Michelle sleeps like a rock at night. She no longer has that fear, actually the fear of a child, keeping her up and on her toes, waiting for the next shoe to fall.
